Another wasted Skenes start

The Pirates wasted another Paul Skenes start last night in a 4-3 loss against the Mets. Skenes went 6 innings, allowing just 1 run and striking out 6 batters. At what point will Skenes get tired of this? The guys think the clock is already really ticking on his time with the team. The argument was made that a new GM could immediately come in and trade Skenes to acquire a haul in return.
