In Austin's twitter poll asking if you would rather trade T.J. Watt or pay him $40 million, 74% of the voters said they would TRADE T.J. Watt. A new report from CNBC says that MLB owners and commissioner Rob Manfred are "privately contemplating" the idea of a salary cap in Major League Baseball.
