Ray Fittipaldo believes coaching is most to blame in the Steelers loss

Coaching and poor decision making are the main reasons Ray blames for the loss. Ray didn't understand the Steelers letting Justin Fields throw on 3rd and 4 late in the game. Myles Garrett dominated and affected the game more than TJ Watt.
