Penguins analyst Jay Caufield doesn't think Sullivan's messaging is working

Mike Sullivan's messaging has gone stale and Jay believes the Penguins are a 'flat team' right now. Young guys are coming up and not providing much of a spark. Sidney Crosby got into a fight and seems to be the only one showing significant fight for a change from consistently losing.
