Our reaction to St. Francis moving to DIII and the state of college sports

St. Francis is moving from DI to DIII and joining the PAC in 2026-27. St. Francis doesn't have an NIL budget and people are already out the door. The men's basketball program made the NCAA Tournament and almost won a game, but won't even have the chance to get back. The news is great for the PAC but is difficult for athletes.
