Jim Rooney believes Steelers have outperformed NFL's model of consistency

Steelers owner Jim Rooney said the Steelers have outperformed the NFL average over the last 25 years and perform in a harder circumstance than most, but understand they haven't won playoff games the last eight years. He said the Steelers have lost playoff games to Payton Manning, Tom Brady, and Patrick Mahomes.
