Jay Caufield wants to see Mario more involved in the Penguins operations

We knew this stretch would define the Penguins season and it has brought them to the bottom of the standings. Mario has been very hands off with the Penguins and his relationship with Fenway Sports Group isn't great. Jay thinks if Mario feels he is in the right, he's not going to change and cater to someone.
