Is Aaron Rodgers really that much better of an option than Russell Wilson?

Joe is going to pay Austin $100 if he can figure out how to use the hot water button. What makes Aaron Rodgers different than Russell Wilson? Joe doesn't think much of Rodgers anymore and doesn't believe he's much better, if at all, than Wilson. Austin argues Rodgers is more accurate and will not let Mike Tomlin dictate his ability to throw over the middle of the field.
