How would you grade Ben Cherrington's job as a GM so far?

Starkey makes the case that Ben Cherington is doing a decent job by acquiring Aroldis Chapman, signing Reynolds and Keller, and picking Paul Skenes over Dylan Crews. He's made a lot of mistakes too, but it's ok to be balanced.
