How important is this game for the rest of the season?

On a scale of 1-10 how important is this game against the Browns?? If the Steelers are serious competitors for the No. 1 seed, it's a 9 or higher in all of our eyes. Bob thinks it's a 10 and a must win. Bob is curious if the Paul Skenes 1/1 card is truly in circulation and how it could be found.
