Has the honeymoon worn off with Arthur Smith?

Mike Tomlin explained why Justin Fields was on the field for 3rd and 4 late in the game against the Browns. Tomlin liked the matchup the Steelers had with George Pickens 1-on-1 but the Steelers didn't convert and resulted in a poor punt. We hear Tomlin's comments and wonder if Arthur Smith is doing a good enough job.
