London children's book author is shining a light on First Nation culture

Bridget George, an award-winning children's book author and Bear Clan from Kettle and Stony Point First Nation, joins 980 CFPL's Mike Stubbs to talk about why she decided to write and illustrate children's books showcasing Indigenous stories. The Anishinaabe author and illustrator not only brings light to Indigenous stories, but also passes along the language, by writing a dual language book to help make the Anishinaabe language less intimidating.
