From the Arctic to the Pacific, to the Atlantic: One Goderich lawyer is biking across Canada to raise funds for RAVENS Trust

In June 2023, Nick Avis put his cushy job as a lawyer on pause to bike across Canada, raising money for RAVENS Trust, an Indigenous legal fund that provides support to make groundbreaking changes for Indigenous Peoples of Canada towards reconciliation and environmental justice. Nick joins 980 CFPL's Mike Stubbs to talk about why he decided to do this bike ride, what he hopes to gain from it, and his goal to raise $1 per kilometer he bikes along the way.
